When you submit a form on our website, your information may be sent to our ministry CRM and communication tools, including GoHighLevel, LeadConnector, email notification systems, webhook integrations, automation workflows, tags, contact records, pipelines, and reporting tools.
These systems help us receive your submission, notify the right team member, organize follow-up, understand where submissions came from, and communicate with you regarding your request.
Form submissions may include tracking fields such as UTM values, click IDs, landing page, referrer, IP address, user agent, and submission page so we can understand which website pages, platforms, or campaigns helped someone contact the ministry.
5. SMS / Text Messaging & A2P Consent
If you provide your phone number and agree to receive text messages from Living Fire Ministries, we may send ministry-related text messages regarding your request, prayer request, service information, event reminders, follow-up, volunteer/ministry communication, or other communications related to your interaction with us.

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
